OUR SERVICES
Allied Health Assistant
Allied Health Assistant Services
Our clinic now offers sessions with an Allied Health Assistant (AHA), who works under supervision of our Occupational Therapists (OTs).

An Allied Health Assistant (AHA) in an Occupational Therapy setting is a skilled assistant who helps deliver therapy programs. They carry out many of the same hands-on activities with children as OTs and lead fun, skill building exercises designed to support your child's therapy goals.

While AHAs are not OTs themselves, they follow the same therapy plan, use the same strategies, and are directly supervised by an OT. This ensures every session is consistent, purposeful, and tailored to your child's unique needs. Seeing an AHA may allow your child to begin therapy earlier while still benefitting from the expertise and oversight of our OTs.
If you are interested or would like to learn more, please enquire with our team.
